Had a subscription issue before that looked tiny on paper, just an address change and a renewal question, but it turned annoying fast because the account page didn’t match what I thought I had already fixed. Stuff like that should take one clean conversation and be done, not turn into repeated follow-ups over something basic. If missed deliveries, account changes, or renewal confusion came up here, I’d go straight to guideposts customer service phone number because a direct call feels like the fastest way to confirm what’s active and what still needs to be corrected.
