• Returns: You may return unused items within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

• Faults: If an item is faulty, contact us promptly for a replacement or refund.

• Pricing: Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

 

5. Facility Hire

Our facilities may be hired for events, meetings, or community use.

• Bookings: All bookings require confirmation and may involve a deposit.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund.

• Conduct: Hirers are responsible for guest behavior and any damage caused.

• Insurance: External hirers may be asked to provide proof of public liability insurance.

 

6. Soccalot & Competitions

Participation in club-run draws, raffles, or competitions is subject to:

• Eligibility: Entrants must meet age and residency requirements.

• Prizes: Winners will be notified via contact details provided.

• Errors: The club is not responsible for technical issues or late entries.

• Transparency: Draws are conducted fairly and results published where appropriate.
