Merthyr Town FC have been drawn at home to face Yate Town in the First Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup.

The Bluebells will make the trip to Penydarren Park on Saturday 2nd September, with both sides looking to progress in this season's competition. 

Last season, the Martyrs reached the First Round Proper stage of the competition for the first time since 2005 following wins against Gloucester City and Folkestone Invicta.
