The Merthyr-born defender joined The Martyrs on loan from National League side, Sutton United in August 2024. Joined Sutton United in January 2024 after spending 5 years with Fulham after joining them as a 16-year-old from Newport County. Capped at U18s, U19s and U21s level for Wales. Jay signed permanently for The Martyrs in August 2025.
