On 28 July 2022, Ryan-Phillips joined the Martyrs following a successful trial period. The defender, formerly of Newport County, made his senior debut for the County on 6 October 2020 in the starting line-up for the 5-0 EFL Trophy defeat to Norwich City Under 21's. Despite his young age, Callum has already passed 100 appearances for The Martyrs.
