As part of our compliance with the National League’s directive regarding Under 14 entry, and in line with the Club’s wider safeguarding responsibilities, we will be carrying out a number of spot checks ahead of our forthcoming home fixtures against Kings Lynn and Morecambe.

These checks are simply to ensure that all Under 14 supporters are attending with a parent or responsible adult, as required by the League. If you are approached by a steward, please be assured this is a routine safeguarding measure, and your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

As a reminder, under National League guidelines, children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult in order to enter Penydarren Park. The League also recommends a maximum ratio of one such adult to three children under the age of 14, in line with FA and NSPCC safeguarding principles. While children may move around the ground to access toilets, refreshments and other normal facilities, the accompanying adult is expected to remain within the ground to supervise at all times.

Thank you in anticipation of your support and understanding.
