Manager Adam Murray was appointed as 'The Harriers' manager in May following the conclusion of the 24/25 season. The 43-year-old is a vastly experienced football figure, having made over 500 senior career appearances spanning across multiple divisions such as the Premier League, EFL and non-league. In management and coaching he has worked at a high level since becoming the youngest Manager in England’s top four divisions in taking the Mansfield Town job in 2014. His CV prior to joining Kidderminster includes working in coaching and management roles at EFL clubs like Barnsley, Cheltenham and West Bromwich Albion among others, alongside this he had a management job in assisting Valérien Ismaël at Turkish giants Beşiktaş. Throughout his management career Adam Murray has gained significant experience in the dugout at non-league level, too, having steered AFC Fylde to the National League North Championship in the 2023-24 season. He joined National League South side Eastbourne in January 2024 and helped steer the club away from relegation danger with a superb end-of-season run to achieve safety. Last season, he guided The Sports to the play-offs having missed out on the title by the slimmest of margins, suffering just eight defeats in the 46-game regular season. Heartache then followed as his side were narrowly defeated by Maidstone United in the semi-finals.
First Team Coach Mario Oliviera also joined 'The Harriers' prior to the 25/26 season to partner Adam Murray. Oliviera has previously gained experience by coaching at EFL clubs such as Nottingham Forest and Lincoln City.
