The Saints, who are based at the ICI Rifle Fields in Merthyr, have been busy during the lockdown period carrying out extensive work to their home ground and surrounding facilities, which has included;

Penydarren BGC

Penydarren BGC, a team that have always been a part of Town's pre-season preparations over the years, are members of the newly formed FAW Ardal South League (Tier 3 of the Welsh pyramid). They're another team that have been busy during the lockdown period carrying out extensive work to their home ground and surrounding facilities, which has included;

Cinderford Town

Cinderford Town, a side no stranger to Merthyr giving their battles over the years in the Southern League, will travel to the Met Coaches Stadium on Tuesday 20th July. The visitors looking to regain Southern League Premiership status next season.

Redditch United

We welcome Redditch United back to Merthyr at the end of July after a few seasons away, following the restructure of the Southern League System, which saw them move into the Southern League Premier Central in 2018. Another side who are looking to progress up the English pyramid.
